WHAT'S PROVEN
Context engine, memory fabric, intent pipeline — built and tested, solo, on one consumer laptop.
SPSC ring ~844 ns. Branchless dispatch ~43.5M pkt/s. S_psych gate ~246K texts/s. SSM O(1) at 1,184 bytes.
512 MB ION-backed NPU organ built and ran on Snapdragon X Elite: custom kernel driver, reflex kernel, Phi-3.5 QNN context binaries on Hexagon HTP.
SBAssistant, HomeGuard, SM-Oracle — deployed on services.sanctifiedmind.xyz, built on the same fabric.
WHAT'S MISSING
The silicon-native path works. The full loop — context engine + memory fabric + intent pipeline — running natively inside the NPU organ is the active engineering front.
Each component validates independently. The continuous whole needs a training/compute pass this hardware can't do — a resourcing gap, not an open research question.
Deep NPU integration — kernel co-deployment, native execution on the Hexagon tensor pipeline — requires a silicon partner's cooperation.
WHAT IT TAKES
This is the ask, stated plainly. The next phase starts with the right partner. Qualcomm is the first choice — the substrate was designed around the Snapdragon X Elite's cache-line geometry, NPU tensor pipeline, and virtual-context scheduling model. What's proven runs. What's missing requires silicon-level access and a training/compute pass this hardware can't do alone.
