When intent becomes executable, code becomes obsolete. DevIDE replaces text-syntax compilation with declarative weaving: describe the world you want, STARETS designs the systems, SER weaves the artifact.
The weave pipeline runs today in software — SIB + SKB → SAW — on one laptop. Native NPU execution is the active engineering front, not yet complete.
One language for all machines
Seventy years of fragmented languages created a Tower of Babel — a different syntax for every chip, bus, and OS. The Semantic Instruct Language (SIL) is not another language but a universal protocol for meaning: Atoms (verbs) and Slices (phrases) compose into Weaves that understand intent.
When machines understand meaning, nothing is lost in translation.

Universal weaver — one intent, any silicon
Self-maps what each chip can actually do into a capability matrix — no cross-compiler per architecture. Design: no dynamic linkers or interpreters in the woven artifact.
Planned: emulates bridges (CAN/UART/I2C/SPI/BLE) and flashes control loops across MCU fleets — designed capability, not yet demonstrated.
Neural A* pathfinding over capability graphs. Measured dispatch: ~43.5M packets/s on one laptop.
